As an experienced Architectural Technician, I have worked on numerous commercial and residential projects including new builds, renovations, reclads, remediation, heritage and shop fit out projects. I’ve run projects throughout their lifecycle from initial concept through to completion. This has involved liaising with clients and contractors, producing resource and building consent documentation, submitting building consent applications and liaising with consultants during documentation and construction phases.

My technical understanding and robust decision-making skills have greatly assisted me to develop sound, reliable solutions. I have an in-depth knowledge, and a keen understanding, of the various construction-related legislative and safety requirements.

You can expect me to deliver solutions within your budget and get the detailing right first time. My wide skill set enables me to analyse a problem and find innovative solutions and my proficiency with Building Information Modelling (BIM) systems, including liaising with other disciplines, allows me to detect and resolve potential clashes at the design phase before they become costly problems. My primary focus is on creating sustainable and weathertight designs to ensure healthier buildings for the next generation.
