We are currently looking to expand our Auckland based Building Surveying team and are excited to meet self-motivated experienced Building Surveyors who wish to embark on a rewarding and fulfilling career within our firm.
The successful candidates will complement our existing team of Building Surveyors and you will be working on a diverse range of projects offering real hands-on experience. You will be working alongside other qualified and locally experienced Registered and Chartered Building Surveyors and will be involved in undertaking a variety of services within the built environment, including but not limited to:
- Building Defect Investigation
- Schedules of Condition
- Maintenance Planning
- Technical Due Diligence
- Insurance Reinstatement Surveys and Scope Development
- Architectural design management for reinstatement and remediation projects
- Contract Administration
- Expert Witness
What you will bring to the team
You are an accomplished Building Surveyor with relevant industry experience and a prior track record.
The successful candidates will have the relevant tertiary qualification such as a construction, building science or architectural related degree or diploma and relevant experience. As part of your continuous professional development the role would support and promote membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and/or the New Zealand Institute of Building Surveyors (NZIBS) or Licensed Building Practitioner status (LBP).
