We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Wellington team in the CBD and lead a varied portfolio of projects (values of up to $5 million) including Ministry of Education and school development projects. You’ll also have opportunities to support our clients across commercial, residential, and retirement projects, giving you genuine variety and scope to grow.

You’ll play a key role across the full project lifecycle, including:
- Early‑stage feasibility and project planning
- Ensuring all resource and building consents are obtained
- Developing programmes and managing procurement/tendering
- Overseeing budgets, costs, and risk management
- Leading project teams through design and construction
- Ensuring health and safety is managed relevant to projects
- Supporting business development and nurturing client relationships
- Contributing to building surveying work such as condition surveys, building investigations, and technical due‑diligence assessments as required.
What you will bring to the team:
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, personable, and technically strong, with:
- 3–5 years of project management experience
- A relevant construction‑related qualification (PMP or similar certification desirable)
- Solid working knowledge of NZS 3910 and NZ building/compliance practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Great problem‑solving skills and confidence using MS Project
- A full NZ driver licence to undertake site work
- Ministry of Education project experience (desirable).
