We are extremely excited and proud to announce that Maynard Marks is now an accredited employer with Immigration New Zealand, after going through a robust process. This enables us to widen our horizons with our search for quality candidates and employ skilled migrant workers from overseas, who are the right fit for our business, through a more streamlined immigration process.
This is great news for us in being an employer of choice in our sector, providing a pathway for Architectural, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Structural Engineering and Asbestos Surveyor/Assessor candidates who are looking to live and work in New Zealand. Being an accredited employer means that when we offer a skilled migrant full-time employment, candidates may be eligible for a Talent Work Visa which is a pathway visa for people looking to live and work permanently in New Zealand.
Of course, whilst this is great news, worthy of celebration, this will not affect our primary drive being to employ local candidates and provide career pathways for New Zealanders.
