What this accreditation means
ISO/IEC 17025 is the global benchmark for testing laboratories. Achieving accreditation demonstrates that testing is carried out using validated methods, under robust quality controls, and by appropriately trained and assessed personnel. For our clients, this provides confidence that laboratory results are reliable, repeatable, and aligned with recognised international standards.
About the Environmental Services team
Our consultants, led by Matt Smith and Simon Paykel, provide support across a wide range of building and infrastructure projects, helping clients to understand and manage environmental risks within the built environment.
Services include environmental surveying and monitoring, targeted sampling and laboratory analysis, and the preparation of practical management documentation to support safe, compliant decision‑making. The team works across management, refurbishment and demolition contexts, delivering surveys, registers and management plans, air monitoring and clearance support, and ongoing advisory services that help clients understand risks, meet regulatory obligations and manage their assets with confidence across the building lifecycle.
