I am a Project Manager with experience delivering large‑scale, multi‑site refurbishment and retrofit programmes across the residential, social housing and retirement living sectors. I work within live operational environments, supporting clients through all stages of programme delivery with a strong focus on coordination, compliance and practical outcomes.

My experience includes leading multidisciplinary teams, managing contractors and consultants, and overseeing consent, contractual and compliance requirements across multiple sites. I have been closely involved in programme planning, tendering and negotiation, contract administration, and the preparation and management of compliance documentation to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistent standard.

I hold PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner accreditation, which supports a structured approach to programme delivery, including governance, risk management and clear reporting on complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timeframes.

I am known for my organised and practical approach, with a strong ability to manage risk, resources and programme pressures. I work collaboratively with clients and project teams, communicating clearly and taking a solutions-focused approach to deliver well‑managed outcomes that support long‑term asset performance.
