As a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor, I've built up a wealth of knowledge over a vast array of projects. These include commercial projects such as hotels, hospitals, universities and schools and acting for insurers, as well as civil construction projects and commercial window/curtain wall systems.

Having worked for many years in professional firms, building construction companies, a civil construction company (UK) and subcontractor organisations, I have an expert-level understanding of construction issues and a variety of ways to overcome and resolve challenges, while minimising risk to the client. My experience outside the construction industry in management, training and accounting roles means I can identify, assess and respond to many different commercial concerns with an innovative view.

I can assist with all areas of financial management from estimation and cost planning to negotiation and contract administration. I also have an expert level of understanding of NZS3910 and acting in the role of Engineer to Contract. You can expect me to provide robust advice and develop long-term collaborative relationships to help you achieve your project goals.
