Auckland
As a Building Surveyor at Maynard Marks, I support a wide range of surveying services across the built environment. My work includes conducting condition assessments, dilapidations inspections, and long-term maintenance planning, with a focus on delivering clear, practical advice to clients.
I hold a Bachelor of Property and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland, which provides a strong foundation in both technical surveying and commercial property matters. I have developed extensive experience conducting residential and commercial building inspections, preparing detailed condition reports, and utilising advanced technologies such as drone photography and 3D scanning to enhance survey accuracy and efficiency. I hold a certified drone flight qualification and have successfully operated drones for over three years as part of inspection and reporting workflows.
My role also involves assisting with building consent applications, lease and property file reviews, and project coordination.
I have a particular interest in integrating technology into surveying practices to improve outcomes and streamline processes. I take a client-focused approach to my work, communicating clearly and reliably, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues to deliver practical, tailored solutions that support the success of our projects.
