With a nine-year career in quantity surveying, I have demonstrated a high level of capability on a wide range of projects across all programme phases. I pride myself on my track record of delivering accurate cost advice and obtaining the best value for clients.

I have contributed to numerous projects in the Auckland region and further afield, carrying out site measurements, cost negotiations with contractors, valuation of variations, monthly payment schedules and providing clients with robust financial reports and updates. I have also previously assisted in the preparation of betterment cost calculations for clients applying for government financial assistance for their building, or for litigation.

Key sectors I have worked for include education and social housing, assisting on projects with values ranging from $150k-$12 million.
