Melissa Taylor

A highly experienced human resources professional who leads our people and culture team. I have a background in both generalist HR and specialist employee relations roles across the professional services, transport and higher education sectors.

I bring enthusiasm and a pragmatic approach to the business, to contribute to the overall wellbeing of our team. I’m passionate about our people having a positive experience across the employee lifecycle, particularly the lived and felt experience. My approach is consultative and I ensure both our processes and environment contribute to the culture and support people to take action.

Our employee experience includes all interactions team members have with Maynard Marks such as policies, systems, onboarding, career development and the physical and virtual workspaces. When these experiences are positive, our people can deliver their best work in a safe environment, with the support needed to reach their potential.
