Tailored asbestos management, supported by digital integration for this tertiary education client

The Asbestos Management Surveys were conducted across a broad range of properties, from sheds to multi-storey educational facilities.

After completing the initial scope, we continued as independent assessors for AUT, managing asbestos removal and urgent air monitoring for asbestos removal projects. This included a large-scale demolition project ahead of site redevelopment. In 2024, we conducted reinspection surveys and migrated historical data into Alpha Tracker, a cloud-based asbestos management system. We now actively manage and update the asbestos registers as further surveys and removal works are undertaken.

We have further supported AUT Facilities in developing an Asbestos Permit system, which incorporates QR codes for instant access to each building’s live asbestos register. At the same time, we have developed a client portal to centralise asbestos information, with seamless integration into AUT’s facilities management system to enhance awareness and compliance.
