We were initially engaged by the developer builder to provide both a technical due diligence survey and design advice to help them decide whether to go ahead and buy the property. Their goal was to complete an extensive make over and then to on sell the home. At the time, the property was dated, clad with monolithic plaster cladding, and had an unappealing interior layout.
The focus of the due diligence survey was to ensure that our client was well informed about the condition of the property, including any issues that would have cost implications during the construction stage. Our design advice focused on design changes that might enhance the value of the property. Both these areas helped determine the project’s feasibility.

Working collaboratively with the wider team, including the property developer and real estate agent, we provided a full interior and exterior design on this impeccable conversion, creating a modernised and rejuvenated state of the art home.
The spacious formal living room and the more casual family area extend out through large sectional sliders onto the terrace, utilising a covered portico that provides versatility, as well as exceptional indoor/outdoor flow. The stunning outdoor area truly captured the client’s vision in creating a genuinely beautiful space, in addition to maximising value.
