We are excited to support construction on Auckland Urban Development Office’s Waiapu Precinct in Onehunga, with physical works now underway on the project.
The Waiapu Precinct will include the creation of vibrant public and green spaces, a family play area, and safer walking connections.
Our Quantity Surveying team is proud to be supporting Auckland Council in delivering this transformative project, providing cost estimating, value engineering, and procurement support to help bring the vision to life.
In addition, our team is capturing a series of monthly 3D digital twin scans. Using cutting-edge technology, we’re capturing detailed visual records of the site’s progress, helping the entire project team track changes, monitor milestones, and maintain a clear picture of development as it unfolds.
The 3D digital twins are just one of the many ways our experts add value, combining innovation with deep industry knowledge.
