The project:
Maynard Marks was engaged to complete condition surveying across two levels of this premium office tower.
Our work involved assessing the tenancy spaces, with reference to the lease obligations, base build elements and tenant fit out. Our team completed detailed inspections to document layouts and condition, supported by comprehensive photographic records.
The completed Premises Condition Report (PCR) provided a clear, independent baseline, to inform lease commencement, and support future reinstatement and make-good discussions.
