Return to all projectsThe project:
Our scope involved reviewing relevant documentation, inspecting the building exteriors and selected internal common areas, and preparing reports detailing the condition of key building elements, finishes, and services. Each LTMP included a prioritised maintenance schedule with recommended timeframes and budget projections over a 30-year period in alignment with the Unit Titles Act.
A defining aspect of both projects was our collaborative, consultative approach. We provided each body corporate with clear recommendations for maintenance activity, enabling them to make informed decisions. This ensured outcomes that aligned with their operational needs, financial planning, and long-term asset strategies as well as achieving compliance with legislation that governs bodies corporate.
Our value add:
The project was delivered within live, operational environments, requiring careful coordination to minimise disruption to guests, residents, and building operations. Our team planned and executed inspections considerately, ensuring clear communication with management teams, whilst maintaining health and safety standards.
