Reza Mohammadi

Reza is an experienced Project Manager with over 15 years in the construction and engineering industries, working across multiple disciplines, particularly in client-side delivery, focusing on end-to-end project management services. Reza offers an extensive track record of working in complex, multi-faceted, multi-million-dollar construction projects in private and public sectors. He applies the extensive skills and knowledge has gained over the past decade and a half to all his projects.

Reza has successfully delivered projects to retirement villages, education facilities, local authority council-controlled organisations (CCOs), and a wide variety of commercial, residential, and industrial property owners. With extensive technical and managerial experience, Reza provides optimum delivery solutions and provides clients confidence on project performance. Reza has a proven ability to detect potential project issues and proactively bring them to the fore, to ensure corrective action and ultimately achieve project success.

Reza’s most recent experience prior to joining Maynard Marks was at the Ministry of Education, where he was a Delivery Manager in the Capital Works/Infrastructure Services team. He worked on a wide range of education projects, including master planning, design, new builds, renovations, and refurbishments. In this role, Reza carried out project management, contract management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Reza has excellent communication skills and has a strong track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with all project stakeholders at all levels.

With a background in engineering and a keen awareness of health, safety, and quality standards, Reza has wide-ranging professional hands-on experience in project management and contract administration. Reza enjoys contributing to projects from conception to completion, aiming for the highest standards on all projects.

At Maynard Marks, Reza provides project management services on a wide range of construction projects across the various stages, including design management, risk and issue management, project setup, programming, project performance and compliance management.
