Ross Lehmann

Ross is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a diverse background including prior hands-on trade and customer service experience in the structural timber and aluminium joinery sectors. Ross graduated with a Diploma in Construction Management – Quantity Surveying in 2018 and was also awarded the Top Student Award for Quantity Surveying from Unitec in the same year.

Ross is genuinely interested and passionate about the construction industry and enjoys being actively involved in the projects across the construction process, from design and feasibility to tendering and the construction phase. He is tenacious and detail focused and has a strong desire to exceed client expectations in the service he provides. His prior hands-on construction experience provides him with a great insight and knowledge of site practice and activity to the benefit of all project stakeholders when assessing works for the purpose of certifying payment. His belief is that the best results from construction projects come when all teams come together, working collaboratively with a clear project focus.

At Maynard Marks, Ross is involved in all aspects of Quantity Surveying such as measurement, estimation, variation assessments, site measurement and processing payment claims. He takes financial administration of each project very seriously and is highly aware of the need for a fair and independent assessment of claims, in line with contract conditions to achieve project success for all parties.
